The User undertakes to provide correct, complete, and verifiable information necessary for the provision of services. They also commit to respecting all communicated instructions and quality standards.

QualityDope undertakes to provide services professionally, in accordance with industry standards and the descriptions provided. We reserve the right to refuse or interrupt services if false information is provided or if these terms are violated.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided based on the information supplied by the client. QualityDope does not guarantee the attainment of specific investments or a certain increase in market value as a direct result of using the services. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for business losses, revenue, or opportunities.

4. Payment Terms and Policies

Prices are displayed transparently on the site. Payments for services or courses are due according to the terms specified on the invoice or in the checkout process. All fees are expressed in RON and include VAT, where applicable. Our refund policy is detailed for each type of service and can be consulted upon request.

5. Termination of Use

You may stop using the services at any time. QualityDope reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services, with prior notice, in case of violation of these terms. If termination is initiated by us for reasons not attributable to you, you will receive a proportional refund for services not rendered.
